Job Description - Duties 

[402] | Human Resource Management | Maintenance | Job Description Menu | Duties Tab

Duties tab records all activities employees must do on a job. Users can also indicate the frequency at which the activity must be performed.

 

Steps to add Duties:-

  1. For a Job Description go to the "Duties" tab.
  2. Click on the "Insert" icon
  3. Enter the description for the activity.
  4. Select the frequency from the dropdown. The frequency is system generated.
  5. Enter any relevant notes for the activity. The "Notes" button will be bold if it contains data.
  6. Save
