Skill

Skill is commonly used to describe the abilities acquired through education and other experiences.

 

These refer to your ability to do the job and are sometimes called 'hard skills'. They might include such things as:

 

Skills Functionality

  1. Skills are added to a "Position" under "Assessment Criteria".
  2. "Succession Planning Report" prints skill requirements for a position based on the setup in 1 above.

Fields

Description

Skill Code

Set of alphanumeric values to uniquely identify each Skill.Skill Code should not contain special characters and spaces.

Description

Detailed description for the Skill Code.
Void

Records that are "Void" will not appear in any lookup on the system.

Users can click on the "Red X" under the menu icons to "Void" or "Activate" a record.

Notes Users can enter any notes in the notes button. Notes button will be "BOLD" if it has contents.
