Point Items lists all items to assess employee performance.

Point Items are used to reward employees in an organisation, for example, the best employee of the month can be rewarded to the employee with the point items defined and the points allocated for each point item.

Fields

Description

Item Code
Set of alphanumeric values to uniquely identify each Point Item . Item Code should not contain special characters and spaces.

Description
Detailed description for the Point Item Code.
Points Enter the maximum point that can be awarded for the Point item.

Void
Records that are "Void" will not appear in any lookup on the system.

Users can click on the "Red X" under the menu icons to "Void" or "Activate" a record.

Notes Users can enter any notes in the notes button. Notes button will be "BOLD" if it has contents.
