Pay Awards records list of awards that can be paid to an employee.


Award setup is independent from the employee's default pay rate.  Award is setup in a scenario where an employee body /union awards a different pay rate to the employees. Contracted pay rate is not used in pay creation.

 

Steps to setup Awards

  1. Create the Award
  2. Add the Grade Details
  3. Add the Levels Details
  4. Add the Age Details.
  5. Assign the Awards to the employee on the "Employee Profile".

Code

Set of user defined codes which can be numeric, alpha or alphanumeric to uniquely identify each Level created.

Detail description for the Award Code

  1. Click on the Grades detail button  to allocate grades to the particular Award.
