Subject: | Request for Change - Salaried Employee/Employees with Timesheet Marked as NO |
Summary: | Bula Vinaka Team The following was discussed with GFI: (For non-timesheet staffs)
- When time is completed from the Timesheet screen, the system automatically marks it as “approved”
- There is no way of editing the time
GFI requires that when this time is loaded on the Time View by Week screen the supervisors should be:
- Able to edit the hours
- Submit these entries
- However, they should not be able to approve any time for these staffs
Based on this analysis, supervisors will complete their manual forms. Requesting if you can review this and advise the best way possible. Regards Aarti |
