Subject: | Licence validation issue when the Licence does not match "Active Menus" |
Summary: | Vineet reported that the module for Recruitment (REC) shows some usage, while the menu "Role Menu Access" does not show any Recruitment Menus. Therefore, users are not able to disable or remove these menu access. The workaround is to create new roles and reassign the users the new roles. |

| Hi Vineet, I checked the Role access, and any ACTIVE access is displayed despite the licence being inactive. I will close this case as the issue is not present in version 15.20 |

| Further Explanation on the issue: - When an active user is in a role that uses a module, such as "Recruitment", the Recruitment user count is 1.
- If there is no issued licence for "Recruitment" the system will classify this as an invlid licence
- To resolve the issue, Remove all access to the "Recruitment" module from the role
- If a role is allocated a menu that is not licenced, it will appear in the menu "Role Menu Access"
Figure 1 - No licence for Recruitment, however there is one user that is actively using the module
Figure 2 - To resolve this issue, select the module and REMOVE access from this menu
Figure 3 - Licence shows REC is no longer used
