Hi Sanjay, I have replicated this case in version 10.147. Server : 10.0.0.14 Database: LINKSOFT-DEMO-10-RASHNA
Steps to Replicate - EFT Licence
- EFT user licence issued = 1
- Licence used = 0
- Licence Expiry Date = 01/01/2019
- FCI Licence
- FCI user licence issued = 0
- Licence used = 0
- Licence Expiry Date = 01/01/2019
Valid licence modules have the "Licence Expiry" date as 01/10/2019.
When a user logs into POS, system prompts message that the licence is invalid for EFT and FCI. This is occurring because the we have passed the "Licence Expiry Date" This issue occurs when a client upgrades to version 10. Fiji team does not alter the "Expiry Date" for modules that have not been purchased.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ LBP had been upgraded successfully and license applied, when the user logged into POS login fails. Message: - Module EFT - User licence has expired.
- Module FCI - User licence has expired.
LBP has not purchase those modules.
The system is some-how checking the expiry dates of these modules and thus displaying that error message in POS. When the expiry date was changed to 31/01/2020, the system allowed the user to login.
