Subject: | LinkWEB Backup Database Management |
Summary: | Add the ability to take backups to allow functionality transfer from Backoffice. Payroll users currently have the ability to take backups, however, there is no visibility on what backups have been completed and how they can be managed. To improve this functionality, we have agreed on the following design: - Add a maintenance form to allow users to create backups
- A background process will perform the backup as some backups may take long
- A status on the backup entry will show what backups have been done
- User has the ability to see backups and maintain them
- Some backups may take some time, therefore users need to be aware that until the status is "Completed", the backup will not be usable
- Row-color: RED (incomplete backups) Black (Completed Backups) Grey (Expired Backups)
