| Summary: | Version 11.4 design has the "Year To" and "Year From" as required fields when updating the "Employee Qualification" or "Employee Education" records.
However. Motibhai has requested not make this required. Justification
When employees submit their qualification or certificates, these certificates only have the year they received the certificates. The actual start and end dates are unknown until HR queries with the employee.
