Hi Sanjay,

'Team CCEP is seeking cost for the following change request in LMS Sucessfactor.
The changes are required in the following two areas:

  1. Dataview: Named -HRM - Employee Details Success Factor
  2. Integration: FMISFileExport>LT_SYS_Integration_FileDataExport_SuccessFactor

We have received a request earlier last month regarding the success factor reports (SP - LT_SYS_Integration_FileDataExport_SuccessFactor) that are currently being generated from Linksoft.

 

We want to populate 2 more fields used in another CCEP portal.

 

I have attached the Excel for your review if I can request for efforts required for these changes.

Teams meeting: Sitla and Sanjay

  1. Column BA to contain data from LinkSOFT Menu: "Employee Maintenance" Tab: "Grade History". 
    1. If there are mulltiple, pick the Active entry. If there are multiple "Active", pick the one with the most recent "Effective Date"
    2. If there are no Active Grades, leave Blank
  2. Column AJ, Place the Emplyee "Service End Date"
    1. If there is no Service End date, leave Bank.

Figure 1 - Grade code

Next step: 

  1. Setup test environment
  2. Create a pay with 5 employees, some of which have Grades and Service End dates
  3. Prepare a table with the expected results

Effort: 

  1. Change will be in the current released version
  2. Effort 8 hrs
