Review all forms in LinkSOFT and implement consistency:

  1. Review data source and security concerns
  2. Notes and attachments framework implementation
  3. Column order and data sorting
  4. Grid properties such as filtering, paging, and volume handling
  5. Security implementation, e.g add/edit/delete from role menu access.
  6. Check all option on grid should check all records in all pages.

The following were done:

- Added UserID to all procedures in RM
- Added UserID to all DropDown Select Interfaces
- Discussion around POS CompanyID - we agreed to hardcode everywhere in POS to '1001' as currently it is used interchangeably which is confusing. We will build company ID dependency at a later stage.
- Agreed to use company ID sent by WEB UI in all interfaces except in POS application.

The following changes were done:

  1. Added timestamp to all forms with edit capability
  2. Made changes to ensure only the current company data is visible
  3. Added timestamp to notes and attachments framework.

Next Step:

  1. Test the default company for recruitment functionality in the demo database.
  2. Upgrade a client database and verify the data is represented correctly.
  3. Create a vacancy in a second company and apply for that vacancy.
