Bula Team,

We did a Team Viewer meeting and worked on the case.

We verified the Shift Close Report (80mm) with Rani. The following details are missing from the report;
  1. User details
  2. Shift details
  3. Shift Summary
  4. Banking
We have taken a copy of the Database to diagnose the issue internally. We will update this case once we get the details of the issue.

Bula Team,

We have set up an environment internally with the copy of the Database. The following has been done;
  1. Upgraded the Database to version 12.43.0702.GA
  2. Tested the report - the issue remains
  3. Upgraded the Database to version 12.51.0813.GA
  4. Tested the report - the issue remains

We will get our technical team to diagnose further and advise.

  1. Cash OUT records caused data conversion issues in generating shift close report. This has been corrected.
