- If the EMAIl Addresses are left blank, the email will not be sent

Check the following:
- ESDC device is turned on.
- The tax file number for "Company", "Cashier" and "Customer" are correct.
- Tax labels used in the transaction are correct.
- Re-submit the failed transaction
