Subject: | Link Web - Time & Attendance - Roster Schedule Improvements |
Summary: | The following needs to be resolved. - Void "Roster Code" under "Time Maintenance - Roster Codes" appears in the "Roster Schedule" form.
- The employee dropdown in the "Roster Schedule" form loads "Inactive Employees"
- Create a roster with below details:
- Roster Code 001.
- Date 03/06/2019 to 07/06/2019.
- Employee - E013.
- Shift - DS
- Status - Active
- Save
- The shift field becomes blank. This does not update the header and disallows users to close schedule.
- Expand into the details to verify the roster. The details do not show the "Scheduled Hours" for a day for example "8 hours" for a DS Shift. This was included in V10.
- In the details of the schedule in 3 above, delete the time for 03/06/2019. Generate the "Roster Schedule" report, this prints the record as valid and computes the total including the hours for 03/06/2019.
- Create another schedule
- Roster Code 001.
- Date 04/06/2019
- Employee - E013.
- Shift - DS
- Status - Active
- Save
- This is overlapping with the roster in 3 above. The system should validate. It created the roster code but the details are blank.
- When will the "Employee" column in the header populate?

| The following additional changes have been made: Added a "view" link at the end of the "Roster Schedule" list. This "view" form has the following properties: - Opens a spreadsheet like editor for rosters where the employee will list in the Y-axis and the roster dates in the X-axis.
- The form will grow in width based on the roster "Start" and "End" dates. The maximum column count is 31 at this stage. Columns past 31 will not appear in this view.
- The form is designed to use a single click to edit and tab keys to navigate
- "Batch mode edit" is enabled so that changes are kept on the web page until SAVE is selected. Changes can be "Canceled" and "Previewed"
