As discussed, please find attached our Superannuation report. This is an issue in version 12.32 as well as recent version 14. The FNPF report has so many spaces. Attached is a report for your verification please review pages 2 and 6.

I have seen the issue. Let us discuss this internally and come back to you. Since I was not able to reproduce the same on our internal Demo setup, we will need a copy of your database to set up on our internal server and verify the same. It may be due to some data issue but we will confirm the same once we have received your database.

We diagnosed the below in a copy of the client's database restored in QA4. Refer environment below:

1. Server Name: LINKQA4
2. Database: CLIENT-XXX-LINKSOFT
3. URL: Link Technologies - Linksoft
4. Login: default admin login
5. Version: 14.60.0327.GA

Steps to replicate:

1. Navigate to the Reports menu
2. Select report ‘Superannuation Report - Detail by Month’
3. Select the following report filter:
   1. Company: 
   2. Superannuation Fund: 'SUPE'
   3. Year: 2022
   4. Period: 7
4. Generate using ‘PDF’
5. The file outputs extra spaces in between the whole document then records continue from the next page

Kindly request if you can verify this.

Upon further diagnosis, our development team has identified that when exporting the report in pdf, the data on some pages are broken causing spacing issue in the report.

This has been identified as an intermittent issue whereby when we generated the report the issue was depicted on page 16 of 31 and when we re-generated the report for the second time, the issue was depicted on page 11 of 31.

Our development team has given a workaround to generate the report in 'View Crystal' format. The view image of the report in Crystal format doesnt have this issue, however, when the same will be downloaded using PDF, the spacing issue will exist.

This issue is not in the report file, however, its related to the SAP Crystal Reports. Our development team is currently looking into ways on how to resolve via SAP Crystal Reports and will advise us on the next step.

1. Reviewed Report Paging formula. The report was initiating a new page after 20 records. Removed this paging formula.

3. Affected Areas:

1. The paging formula won't work where the employee's name wraps into the next line causing less than 20 records per page.

2. Merged "First Name, Middle Name and Last Name" into "Members Name" to save space
3. Left Aligned "Member Number, Members TaxID, Employment Status, Employment Status Date and Payment Frequency" as these are Text Fields and it makes it easier to read
4. Vertical Centered fields in the detail form
5. Moved the "Powered By" outside the table
