Subject: Do not allow UOM to be changed for an item after it is used
Summary:

Do not allow UOM to be changed for an item after it is used

Example: If an item is sold as EACH, quantity 10 and then UOM is later changed to KG.

When the item is returned, the system will update the stock as 10 KG instead of 10 EACH. This will incorrectly represent the stock level.

We should not allow users to change UOM once the item is used.
