Please be advised that our Time and Att Process has not been completed from the 28th of October until to date. We have been downloaded the time on Sunday. I would appreciate it if this could be investigated urgently as we have a pay due today for which supervisors need to approve time. They have not been able to since they can't see any time.

| Bula Team Please find our diagnostics below: - We logged in to Linksoft Web and navigated to Time Management>> TNA Import Log
- Logs were loaded from 01/10/2024 to 06/11/2024.
- We searched for entries having the status of In Progress. We noted 4 batches having the status of In Progress. One of these batches was on 19/10/2024
- We removed these entries using the below query:
delete from LT_ESS_TimesheetImport_BatchArchive where Status = 'In progress' We then updated the Time & Att database to set the Processed status to 0 for the deleted entries. update checkinout set Processed = 0 where userid in (select userid from userinfo where BADGENUMBER in ('1022554','1072967','1072966','1022029','1022681','1022883','5104','1022621','1022623','1020928', '1072124','1042928','1040236','1040512','1022967','3','1022928')) and CHECKTIME >='2024-10-28 00:00:00.000' These entries are currently In Progress. We have noted that ESS021 takes more than 3 hours to complete at times. The Recompute Timesheet data within process ES021 is set to No. Archive Data from Staging is set to 30 days Delete Data from Archive is set to 2555 (7 Years)
We are currently reviewing this on GFI's production site and also downloading a recent copy of the backup to set this up for our development partners to have a look.

The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information): - When Employee Mapping does not exist, we exclude these entries from TNA processing and archive the entries for review
