Subject: Add controls to disallow users to change the default "Project and Activity" rates when creating "Time Entries"
Summary:

Coke Cola has raised the following concern:

  1. Administrators can set the default rate for a "Project or Activity" under :
    1. LinkWeb - Time Maintenance - Customer Project/Rates
    2. LinkWeb - Time Maintenance - Activity
    3. For example, $10.00 per hour for "Meal Allowance"
  2. Employees then need to submit time entries for "Meal Allowance".
  3. When creating time entries, the employees can change the  default rate.
    1. There have been cases where "meal allowance" entries were submitted with "night allowance" rates.
Client Request
  1. They want the rate to be hard codes for specific activities.- We can introduce access to disallow editing of default time entry rates.

For review and approval.
