Subject: Change in File Name Convention for Bank Submission - 40 character limit
Summary:    

When saving the Bank submission file, we need to limit the filename to 40 characters as the bank upload fails if the name is > 40 characters.


The current naming convention is: LinkPAYDirectBankFile_1001_20250110_ANZ_512.txt


Request a change to the following format:  BankFile{CompanyCode}_{YYMMDD}_{BankCode}_{PayID}.txt e.g. BankFile1001_250110_ANZAA_5121111.txt

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 15.60

2. The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Pay bank file name changed to "BankFile{CompanyCode}_{YYMMDD}_{BankCode}_{PayID}". See figure 1 below. 

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Menu: "Payroll processing ~> Bank Pay Submission"

4. The issue was caused by:
