| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version:11.4.1202 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information): - When a user logs in or Recovers password from LinkWEB, we unlock the user if the attempt window is after 10 minutes.
- Removed process "ESS002" that modifies users in a background process. The user create function has been moved to "Employee Maintenance" form
2. Affected Areas: - Employee Maintenance - Create new employee, make employee inactive
- Upload employee from excel sheet
- Invalid login attempts to make the user locked out. Login after 10 minutes should automatically unlock the user.
3. The issue was caused by: - Item 1.1 - Improvement
- Item 1.2 - process was modifying users causing the users to be unapproved in a multi-company environment. This process was also unlocking the user which bypassed the 10-minute window.
