Steps to Replicate

  1. Navigate to "LinkWeb - Payroll Maintenance - Bank".
  2. Void the record for "BOB".
  3. Go into the details for "ANZ" and "Add New" in the "Number Mapping" section. 
  4. The "Bank Code" load "BOB" which has been void in 2 above.
  5. Navigate to "Payroll Maintenance  - Project Codes". The edit form also loads "BOB" in the bank list
