Subject: Prescription instructions migrated to version 11 is not loaded on the prescription screen.
Summary:    

Upgraded Laucala Bay Pharmacy database to version 11.

  1. Prescription instructions from 'Backoffice"  was migrated to "LinkWeb - Inventory - Product Master".
  2. However, when creating the prescription the instructions are not loaded.

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:11.4.1101

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed upgrade script to migrate additional field 1-4 to prescription instructions
  2. Changed backoffice product master to load prescription instructions in place of additional fields 1-4.

2. Affected Areas:

  1. Prescription instructions (additional fields 1-4) in product master

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. prescription instructions were not migrated to correct fields.
