| This issue needs to be looked at in all reports. We have reviewed all payroll reports and identified the following: - Identify all reports showing "Leave without Pay (LWOP)" quantity.
- LWOP amounts should show as -ve when adding up hours in total columns so that the effective hours paid is correctly shown.
- This needs to be done where the Rate is not shown next to the Quantity
The following reports need to be changed: - Pay Edit Report - YTD
- Pay Edit Report
- Employee Pay Register
- Employee Hours Analysis - This report shows separately and is correct
- Employee Payment History
- Pay Summary Report - Quantity already shows as negative - This is correct
