Summary:    

Details:

 Tappoos Group is requesting for the following rules and enhancements to be put in place for the Time and Attendance Modules:

  1. Employees working less than the expected hours defined in Segment 1 of the shift should be an Invalid entry. These hours will be required to be reviewed and approved by the supervisor. 
  2. This involves the following scenarios:
    1. Employees are coming in late or leaving early from work. Example shift start time is 8.15am and employee is coming in at 8.25am, the shift End time is 5.15pm and employees leave early at 5.00pm.
    2. Employees come in late and work late hours to make up for the lost time.  Example employees shift start time is 8.15am and finishes at 5.15pm. Employees come in at 8.30am and work until 5.30pm

Important Information:

  1. The time is imported from the TNA device
  2. The client is using Buffer for configuration " Timesheet import computation method (A=Actual, B=Buffer)"

  1. Added a rule "R015 - Mark "time entry" as invalid when employee's start time is after the "Shift" start time or employee's finish time is before the "Shift" finish time."
