Subject: | Allow users to change "Location" when a "Purchase Order" when status is "New" |
Summary: | Business Scenario: - Serendib Investment has 6 Branches.
- Purchase orders are created at the Headoffice.
- Inventory Items purchased from a Supplier are the same throughout the Locations therefore once a Purchase Order is created for Location 1, the same Purchase Order is then copied for Location 2, 3, 4, etc.
- The reason each location has its own Purchase Order so that delivery can be done at specific Locations.
Due to the above-mentioned, currently, users have to create the whole Purchase Order for each Location which could have more than 50 Inventory Items. This becomes a tedious task for the Purchasing Clerk.
Line items will need to be recomputed if the PO location is changed. |
