| PART A - Development work for this case has been completed. 1. The change will be available in version:12.30.1216 2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information): - Refactored the columns in the table so that we have only 4 columns
- First Column - REFERENCE contains the Call-ID, Comment, Priority, Category and group
- The second column contains the Subject and Comments (stripped of images)
- Third and 4th columns contain Time and Cost
- Added a total row to the alert

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information): - Added a configuration on the "Calls Actioned today" so we can filter out domains we do not want to send this alert to.
- Added client details/Case Context above "subject" so we know what the comment was for
- Made the first column consistent by changing the order to "Priority, category then group"
- Replaced "Reference" with "Status" so we know the status of the case. Reference can be very long which will distort the message so we are removing this

| UAT Performed by Sanjay and Alvis Setup - Using 12.30.0113 on QA6, we set up two users, one with domain link247.com.au and one with linktechnologies.com.au
- Added Domain Filter to "Calls Actioned Today" alert = "LinkTechnologies.com"
- Create two case entries, one with the user in each domain
Results - Alert correctly allowed only updates for the user in LinkTechnologies.com domain to pass through.
