Subject: Review "CallsActionedToday" alert and improve readability and content.
Summary:

Review the following issues:

  1. Alert lists the comment lines but there is only the case header summary which is repeated. We should have one header and list the lines below each header.2.
  2. Limit the display of detail lines to 100 characters - Strip images like in email alerts.
  3. Add a "total hours" to the end of the list

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

      1. The change will be available in version: 12.30.0112

      2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

      1.  Added a configuration on the "Calls Actioned today" so we can filter out domains we do not want to send this alert to.
      2. Added client details/Case Context above "subject" so we know what the comment was for
      3. Made the first column consistent  by changing the order to "Priority, category then group"
      4. Replaced "Reference" with "Status" so we know the status of the case. Reference can be very long which will distort the message so we  are removing this
