Summary:    

Licence usage in Menu "Global Administration ~> Licence Registration" does not show the correct detail view.

We should be able to disable Helpdesk Usage from this view

Corrected the view to show the same usage from the "Licence Used" function.

Pending: Need to test Delete function for Use and Employee Usage
