| Subject: | Leave Transaction Upload Template |
| Summary: | Hi Sanjay, As discussed on the above issue, can we have a template to upload leave transactions that can be approved, marked taken in the system for Pay processing, and accurate leave accrual within the system? This request is in conjunction with EBS Case E01007 to allow clients to use this template under Covid Situation since employees have to work within their bubbles and do not have access to the ESS system. This template should allow us to upload - All types of leave codes
- and view them on the Leave application screen.
- The leave workflow should then allow us to approve and Process leave accordingly.
- This should also be reflected on all respective reports in the same manner as the Leave application screen process does currently.

| There are no test plans on this case and it does not comply with "New Feature" requirements. The following design will be implemented: - An upload File will be added for "Leave Applications"
- The user will create a CSV file with the following data for upload: CompanyID,EmployeeID,LeaveType,DateFrom,DateTo,TimeFrom,TimeTo,HoursTaken,MedicalDays,Comments
- Once uploaded, data will be available in the menu "Leave Management ~> Leave Applications"

| PART A - Development work for this case has been completed. 1. The change will be available in version:13.20.0112 2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information): - Added a new File Upload called "Leave Applications" in Menu: "Leave Management ~> Leave Applications"
- Added function to Validate Employee, Company and Leave type. All other validations will be done when leave is created
- Added function to create leave applications with status "Planned" and Un-Approved"
- Standard functions apply after leave is created.
