Hi Sanjay, RM migration has been tested in version 11.0.507. Test Areas: 1. Create new user from "Link Web - Create New User". User – Kaushik, Password – 1234567*. User should be able to login. Pass 2. Reset password for the user in 1 above. User should be able to login with the new password. 3. Change password for the user to k1234567* from “Link Web – Change Password”. Pass 4. Sign up user “Joytika” password 9999999*. Registration should be completed without errors. 5. Login with the details in 4 above. Pass 6. Recover password for user “Joytika”. Password recovery should be completed without errors and user should be able to login with the new password. Pass
RM 1. Create a new vacancy as V1001. Vacancy should be created without errors. Pass 2. Add “Panel Recommendation: Select 2 applicants for the job” and “Notes: Minimum experience should be 2 years” as below. This should be updated without errors. Pass 3. Add “Interview Panel Members” – E015 and E068. This should be completed without errors. Pass 4. Create the advertisement entry for vacancy V1001. Fails – Logged Case 10368. 5. Log as “Joytika” and apply for vacancy V1001. a. User should be able to “Add and Save” personal information. Pass b. User should be to add “Education” details – logged case 10369 c. User should be to add “Experience” details Pass d. User should be to add “Reference” details Pass e. User should be to add “Attachment” Pass f. User should be able to submit application Pass
6. Applicant Profile should be created for Joytika. Pass 7. Users should be able to “Edit” the details for “Joytika”. Pass 8. “Experience”, “Education” and “Reference” should be updated from 5 above under the “Applicant Profile”. Pass 9. Add a skill for the employee.- Logged case 10370 10. Add “Licence” for applicant “Joytika” Pass 11. Add “Memo” for applicant “Joytika” Pass 12. Add “Reference” for applicant “Joytika” Pass 13. Add “Attachment” for applicant “Joytika” Pass 14. Apply for vacancy for “Admin”. Reject the applicant and notify the user. User should be able to successfully change the status and save. Notes should be updated once a “Notification” has been sent. Pass 15. Admin should not appear in the “Interview List”. Logged case 10371 16. Set the status for applicant “Grace” to “Shortlist” and notify applicant. Email should be sent with the interview date. Pass 17. Interviewers E015 and E068 should be able to “Add” and “Submit” assessment scores. 18. The status of the applicant should be updated to “Interviewed” after submission of the assessment scores. Pass 19. Tick the applicant to select and click on the “Employ” button. This will reject the other applicants and set the status of the selected applicant to “Employed” and create the employee profile. Pass 20. Set the closing date for vacancy V010 to 09/05/2019 2pm. Log into RM at 2.29PM the vacancy should be removed from “Vacancy View”. Pass 21. Extend the closing time to 09/05/2019 4pm. Log into RM at 2.31PM the vacancy should be seen under “Vacancy View”.
