Summary:    User did not turn on FMIS integratiuon, therefore, the FMIS Integration entry was not created. We need the ability to add Pay Run's to FMIS Integrations manually.

2. The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Added ability to "Add" FMIS Integration to menu "Payroll Processing ~> FMIS Integration"

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Menu "Payroll Processing ~> FMIS Integration"

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. New Feature to allow "add" when users forget to enable FMIS Integration before processing payroll

5. Other Relevant Notes:
