We have noticed that if an employee starts and ends in the same year, the Tax Employee Certificate (Fiji PAYE) does not generate any data if the date is filtered as 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2020. However, if the Date From is placed as the employee start date, then the report populates the figures. Steps to Replicate:
- Created employee E369
- The start date is 30/01/2020
- Pay Team – Monthly
- Created pay for Jan and Updated
- Created pay for Feb and Updated
- Generated the Tax Employee Certificate (Fiji PAYE) as of 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2020 – the report displays the correct date. (Refer to Figure 1)
- Marked the employee as Inactive with Service End Date as of 29/02/2020
- Re-generated the Tax Employee Certificate (Fiji PAYE) as of 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2020 – the report was outputted as Blank (Refer to Figure 2)
- Re-generated the Tax Employee Certificate (Fiji PAYE) as of 30/01/2020 to 31/12/2020 – the report displayed the figure (Refer to Figure 3)

**************************************************************************** Submitting a clear and accurate support ticket assists the support team in pinpointing the issue you have encountered, which can drastically reduce the time to resolution. The support team can address detailed, clearly-written tickets more quickly and efficiently than those which are unclear or lack the necessary information and detailed steps to reproduce the behaviour. Before requesting for Development Assistance, please ensure you have completed the following: - Review the issue in detail and ensure that there is no configuration or user action that can be done to resolve the issue
