Subject: Add a "Blank" selection to the "Employee and Leave" dropdowns for the "Create Leave Allocation" button.
Summary:

Scenario

  1. User allocated  "Bereavement" leave to all employees using the "Create Leave Allocation" button.
  2. Now the user wants to allocate "LWOP" using the "Leave Category" option to monthly employees only. The user here is unable to reset the "Leave' field to blank in 1 above.
  3. If the user does create the allocation leave is not added because there is a mismatch between the "Leave and Leave Category".

[02-12-2020] Alvis - Sanjay please reset the options selected when the generate leave allocation popup is closed and opened.
