Summary: | When logging into POS, if the Server name is incorrect, or if the database needs upgrading, the message is not clear. There s also a "NULL exception" when the database needs upgrading due to configuration changes. |

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version: 12.2.1201 and 12.30.1201 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information): - When the application starts, we check the Server availability and we extract the Database configuration values. If either fails, we log the message and prompt the user with a message.
- The user is given the option to change the connection details

3. The issue was caused by: - Remove Null exception when logging into POS where the DB needs to be upgraded
