Subject: PayDayManual Tax File for FRCS in menu "Payroll Processing ~> Tax Submission", the Approval Numbers needs to be BLANK or 12 digit number padded with leading Zeros
Summary:    The PayDayManual file for FRCS has Approval Numbers that need to be 12 digits padded with leading zeros, however, when there is no approval number, the value should be "Blank"

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 15.4 and 15.30.240604

2. The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed PayDayManual file output to return a BLANK when there are no Approval numbers

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Tax File Processing for PayDay

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. Clarification on Blank Approval Numbers

5. Other Relevant Notes:
