Subject: Licence Change for LinkSOFT POS and Backoffice
Summary:

We have agreed to do the following changes to Licencing:

  1. Since we will not be moving LinkPOS to WEB, I have decided to take LinkPOS back to Concurrent user licence check.
  2. Remove Backoffice user licence check

This will mean that users paying the $1600 server fee will get unlimited user licence to Backoffice. Payroll and HR will be based purely on Employee Licence.

All other licence validations remain the same.

Hi Sanjay,

As per the discussions a client using HR and Payroll would require a SYS licence and Employee Licences. We are not validating the SYS licence.

Steps

  1. Issue SYS licence as 0.
  2. The user is able to create employee profiles and process pays.
  3. Users are able to log into POS and process transactions.
  4. These needs to be validated.

Setup

  1. Server - Q$
  2. Database - LINKSOFT-DEMO-11-RASHNA
Thanks
Rashna
