Changed Leave without pay (unpaid leave) to reduce hours from "Normal Hours". The rate for unpaid leave is zero.

If an employee normally works 160 hours a month. Taking unpaid leave of 8 hours should reduce the normal hours by 8 hours. The rate of unpaid leave is always 0.

13 03/09/2021 Update the "Other"  field in  "Pay Edit Report" based on 12 above. In the prior version, the LWOP quantity was shown as a negative figure in the "Other" field, now we do not need this as the "Normal" field is the final quantity paid. The report now further reduces the "LWOP" quantity from the "Normal" quantity. Completed AlvisPass
