Table 1 - List of columns to add to Data View "HRM - Employee"

1. Phone Home
2. Phone Office
3. Phone Mobile
4. Emergency Contact
5. Emergency Phone
6. Residential Address
7. Postal Address
8. Age
9. Age Range
10. Years of Service
11. Additional Fields - separately in each column

The age range in this format:

1. 18- 24 years old
2. 25- 29 years old
3. 30- 39 years old
4. 40- 49 years old
5. 50- 60 years old

2. To add Items 9 and 11, we will need to customise this for LTA. If this is required, specify which "Additional Fields" is required in the Data View from the "Employee Additional Fields List".
