Subject: Make system dropdown uneditable and verify that dropdowns are updated in report filters where applicable.
Summary:

Steps to Replicate

  1. Create a new dropdown as "Very Serious" under "LinkWeb - Company Administration - IncidentReportingType"
  2. Users are able to create an incident with type "Very Serious".
  3. Load the "OHS Listing Report", the filter for "Incident Type" does not show "Very Serious".

Also, there are system dropdowns like the "Employee Status", these should be editable.
