Change request to add "Discount by Quantity" for POS Customers, specifically, ability to give, for example, a $0.03 discount for each quantity purchased

1. Loyal discounts will need to be attached to the respective Customers.
2. The loyalty discount maintenance form will have a new field 'Discount By Quantity'
3. Since this applies to selective products only, enable product "Discount"
4. Review Fleet scan on prepayments
5. Review Fleet scan for Loyalty
6. When a forecourt transaction is loaded for a loyalty customer, the discount will show separately on the POS Grid.

2. The following changes were made (Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

1. When a "Fleet Card" is scanned, all items in the POS screen get recalculated based on "LinkSOFT" configured prices. This also applies to Fuel Transactions.

5. Other Relevant Notes: 

1. If "Fleet card" is not scanned, the system will use the Fuel Pricing configured in the "Forecourt System"
2. Fleet card needs to be scanned after the Fuel Transaction is loaded

1. Set Min value to 0. i.e. we do not allow negative prepayment
2. Recalculate the amounts when Grade is changed (as this may have a price change)

The following changes have been made:

1. All pricing now comes from LinkSOFT except the Pump Controller. We exclude the Fuel Controller as the price depends on the Quantity and Customer, which we don't know at the time of fueling. The Pump Controller is the panel on the right - Fee figure 1 below.
2. Pricing is based on Selected Customer, Location, Grade and Fuel Quantity
