Add the ability to Import Inventory Adjustments as some customers using high volume inventory adjustments could find the Adjustment entry form time-consuming.

OTGL have requested the adjustment  import

Design:

1. Create adjustments in Excel
2. Save as a CSV
3. Use standard File Import
4. The import will NOT handle Lot/Bin, Serial, Color or Size numbers in this release

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version:12.30.0113

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

1. Added "Inventory -> Stock Adjustment -> Detail lines" upload template.
2. When the unit cost is left blank in the upload file, the system uses the default inventory cost in the adjustment.

3. Affected Areas:

1. Inventory -> Stock Adjustment. Use the template to upload and post the adjustment

UAT by Sanjay/Alvis

Setup:

1. Upgraded QA6 LinkSOFT DB to 12.23.0113
2. Using template created 10 lines to import. 10 Valid Lines and 5 Invalid lines
3. Invalid lines contain ",", invalid adjustment numbers, invalid Part numbers and invalid Adjustment

Test Results

1. Upload validated 10 correct adjustment lines and failed the invalid lines
2. MISC/Obsolete line was imported - this should not be allowed - Change will be available in 12.30.0114
3. The change was applied to QA6 and retested.
