| Summary: | TNA Data stored on TNA Devices use a UNIQUE Biometric ID for each employee. In the setup at one of our clients, one TNA device is used to channel into multiple companies in LinkSOFT. We need the TNA data to be redirected to the company where a valid mapping exists. If a mapping does not exist in any company, then and only then do we mark the TNA data as Invalid. |

| Made the following changes: - Changed Employee Mapping validation to use Biometric ID only. If the Biometric ID doesnt exist, we mark the entry as INVALID
- Change the company allocation based on which company has the Biometric/Employee mapping
- Process all data in the batch
Next Step: - Vineet please review the chanes on DANAM Database so I can create apatch for this.

We have tested this on a copy of the Danams database on QA5 Steps: - Removed all time from company APL and EPTL from 26/02/2025 onwards
- Marked these time as unprocessed in the Time and Att database
- Ran process ESS021 in company EPTL. This company only has 2 employees mapped.
- Reviewed the Timesheet Import Log form. The log file contained information of the logged-in company only.
- Reviewed the time on the timesheet form for this company. The employees' times were showing correctly
- Changed company to APL and ran process ESS021 in this company. This company has 7 employees mapped.
- Reviewed the time on the timesheet form for this company. The employees' times were showing correctly from 26/02/2025 until 13/03/2025
