Restrict users from updating the "Employee Profile -> General -> Residential Address" data. Incorrect data or special characters cause issues in the ANZ Transactive Bank file, which fails.

Teams - Vineshwar and Sanjay

  1. The only issue is the "comma" in the fields used in the bank file, example, Address, Employee Name etc.

The issue is that the Banks are using a "CSV" file for Upload. 

To resolve, update documentation to clearly state that "If you use a bank that uses CSV format to upload banking data, you cannot use the "commer" delimer in fields used for banking".
