Subject: Time entry integration to FMIS fails when the Activity does not have an integration Product Code
Summary:    

Integration to FMIS fails when the Activity does not have an integration Product Code. Change behaviour as follows:

  1. When integration is enabled, all entries marked as billable will be transferred to integration tables. 
  2. If the product code is required and is missing, the integration validation will mark the entry as failed.

The following tests were performed:

  4. This should fail to integrate into JIWA as "Part No" is missing.
