| The issue here is that there are Purchase Requests that have the same Part Number repeating multiple times in the Purchase Request Details. We have resolved the script and placed a patch for this on FTP. Patch Number: LinkSOFT_13.30.0316.zip is located at this link. Aarti please confirm the issue has been resolved and assign this case to me for closure. thanks. |

| Hi Aarti, the data conversion time taken will depend on the power of the server and also the connection timeout n the database utility. The default is 3600s = 1 hour. You should increase this for larger databases. The configuration file is located in the installed folder, file name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Link Technologies\Link Technologies - DatabaseUtility.exe.config Section to change: <add key="DataConnectionCommandTimeout" value="3600"/>. If you want to use 2 hours, use 7200 instead of 3600 |
