The change will be available in version:11.5.0511

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed WEB.CONFIG to enforce UNIQUE Emails for each user. This is required to ensure that users recover passwords rather than create multiple profiles.
  2. When an Applicant profile is saved, we perform the following
    1. Check if the Email address is unique and Raise Error if there is a duplicate
    2. Update User profile with UserName, Email, Phone,
  3. Removed Applicant Code from Applicant Profile Grid and added this to the end of the Applicant Name.
  4. Removed flag "Automatic Applicant Code"  as the code is now always automatic

2. Affected Areas:

  1. Recruitment - Apply
  2. User Maintenance

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. Improvement during System Test
