Subject: An issue with the "Employee Probation" report in version 11.
Summary:

In version 10, probation duration could have been saved as "Days, Months or Years"

In version 11, probation duration is calculated in "Days" only.

This makes the report and screen durations inconsistent.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Create probation for employee E008 for 2 weeks in version 10 with status as "In-Progress"
  2. Upgrade the database to version 11.
  3. The duration in "LinkWeb" is updated to 15 days.
  4. However, when we generate the "Employee Probation" report duration shows 2 weeks.
Setup
  • Server - 10.0.0.14
  • Database - LINKSOFT-10-UPGRADE
