1. Details

SKU code Overrides Product Description at POS Fast Keys. The cashier is unable to identify the items once SKUs are added. SKU is only used for Purchases, not at POS.  See figure 1.1 below. Product 01083: Ajwain Kg has SKU Code added as SKH01083. Once SKU is saved Figure 1.2 shows the Fast Key Description now showing SKU rather than the Product Description

5. The issue can be reproduced by performing the following:
  1. Assign SKU to any item, in our case item 01083
  2. Now assign this item as a FAST KEY on POS Processing form.
  3. Note the description is that of the SKU Code rather than the Product Description
