PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version:12.30.1211

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Added a new tab to Lot Bin form to allow the user to "Auto Create Lot/bin items"
  2. This functionality allows the user to specify the MASK, such as LB###, where the # will be replaced by the START NUMBER
  3. On Save, the items will be created.
  4. On EDIT, the "Auto-Create" function is disabled.

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Inventory Adjustments, ADD a Lot/Bin Item

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. Improvement

  1. Start Number - When I enter the start number as 001, the system updates it to 1.
  2. Bin No - I selected the "Bin No" and saved it to generate serial. This was unsuccessful. 
    1. Error - Bin No is required
