Subject: Change in File Name Convention for Supper Submission
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay,

As discussed, kindly request if the below change can be considered.

When saving the super submission file for the August contribution, the file name is automatically generated as "CS_082024_EN10136962C_CS-01". However, it should be "CS_092024_EN10136962C_CS-01" instead.

The current file name causes an error message stating that the month already exists when attempting to upload it to the FNPF portal. Currently, users are manually editing file names to upload in the portal. ( Not preferred by clients)

  1. FNPF file upload is defined by 2 elements
  1. Wage Month - The month in which the salary is processed - CS_082024_EN10136962C_CS-01 - current file output convention picks that.
  2. Contribution Month - Wage month plus one - CS_092024_EN10136962C_CS-01-Required by FNPF Portal
