Incorrect CEID passed in leave transaction update

Steps to replication:

  1. Open Leave Transactions menu
  2. Expand an employee
  3. Expand existing leave transaction record
  4. Edit the leave transaction record while the row is expanded, then save.

The system sends incorrect data in CEID to procedure LT_ESS_LeaveTransaction_Update
